Chubasco Tacos was founded by brothers Andrew and Nicholas Rentería, built around Sonoran-style street food and live mesquite-fire cooking. Along the way, the team took time to help build a tapas, tequila, and wine concept in the Valley — hands-on experience in elevated dining and hospitality that now informs our Private Chef offering.



Chubasco has since returned to its roots as a dedicated taco catering and private dining service, bringing that same live-fire, street-cart energy to weddings, corporate events, backyard parties, and private events across Phoenix and Scottsdale
